Privacy policy
What we keep when you visit, open a ticket or take a service, and what you can ask us to do with it.
The operator and data controller for this website is Greyhound Racing Betting, Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. Contact: [email protected], or open a ticket.
1. What we keep
- Support tickets: your name, email and what you write to us.
- Customers: the service or plan you take, and, for API access, your keys only as a fingerprint, never the key itself, with usage counts.
- Page logs: the page visited, the site that sent you, your browser's user agent, your country as your network reports it, and your IP address.
There are no accounts or sign-in on this site.
2. Card details
Card details are never held by us. Stripe takes the payment and keeps the card.
3. Why we keep each one
To answer your tickets, run and bill the services, stop abuse and keep the site secure. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising tracking.
4. Who else handles it
- Stripe: payments.
- Cloudflare: network, security and the spam check on the ticket form.
- Our email provider: ticket and billing emails.
- Our hosting company: the servers the site runs on.
5. Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and no third-party analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to tell people from bots, including for the check on the ticket form.
6. How long it is kept
- Support tickets: while the matter is open and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Customer and billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Page and security logs: 30 days.
7. Your rights
You can see what we hold about you, have it corrected, take a copy, or have it deleted. Ask through Support; we answer within 30 days.
8. Deleting your details
Ask through Support. Your tickets and details are deleted within 30 days, except billing records the law requires us to keep.
9. Children
This site is not for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
The new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to paying customers first.
