Terms of use

This website, Greyhound Racing Betting ("we"), is operated from Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

1. Your details

When you open a ticket or take a service, give true details for yourself or your business. One person or one business per engagement. If you are given API keys, keep them to yourself: you are responsible for everything done with them.

2. Services, plans and billing

• Prices are shown on Plans and prices. Hourly and one-off services are agreed with you before any work starts; "from" prices are confirmed after a short diagnostic.
• Monthly plans, such as API access and managed oversight, are paid through Stripe and renew until cancelled.
• A price change is announced before it applies, and only from the next period.
• The refund rules are on Refunds.

3. Fair use

• A plan's limits are the fair-use line: for API access, 600,000 calls a month and 180 requests a minute.
• Getting around them is not allowed: sharing a key, using several keys to reset a limit, or automating the site around the API.
• We may slow, pause or close access that does this.

4. The data: use it, do not replicate it

• You can use what the API and services give you in your own work, models, apps and sites, and show results to your own users.
• You may not resell, redistribute or republish the data itself, in bulk or through an API or feed of your own.
• You may not download it in bulk to rebuild the database, or use it to build a competing product.

5. Acceptable use

Nothing unlawful. No probing or load-testing our systems without asking first. No attempts to reach anyone else's data or tickets. No scraping pages whose content the API already offers.

6. Accuracy

• Research, data and output are given as they are, gathered with care, without a warranty that they are complete or free of mistakes.
• Sports and betting data is factual data, not advice or a tip. Nothing on this site is financial or betting advice.
• Betting carries financial risk. Past or illustrative results do not predict future results. You are responsible for your own betting decisions. This site is for people aged 18 and over.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site and the API running, but promise no uptime unless a plan says one.

8. Liability

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, betting losses or lost data.

9. Suspension and ending a service

• We can pause or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. A serious breach can be acted on without notice.
• Access ended for a breach is not refunded.
• You can cancel a monthly plan any time; access runs to the end of the period already paid.

10. Changes to these terms

The new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to paying customers before it applies.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions go through Support.
